Serving You Since 2004

Our reasons for becoming financial professionals are deeply personal. We repeatedly saw many friends and family struggling to find the help they needed to map out their financial future. We are confident that with our understanding of personal finance, coupled with our training as financial professionals, we can help people better prepare for the future. After years in the business, we have developed a reputation for educating individuals in an easy-to-understand manner so they can grasp personal finance and use those concepts to pursue their financial objectives. Meet Mark

Meet Mark

Mark is from southwest Louisiana, the heart of cajun country. Mark attended Texas A&M University and then spent the next eight years serving in the U.S. Army.

After leaving the Army in 1998, he started his financial services career in institutional money management, where he managed pension and 401(k) plans and assets until becoming a personal financial advisor in 2004.

With a unique background in military and corporate leadership positions, Mark brings discipline and a wealth of knowledge to bear on his clients’ personal financial planning. His experience managing assets at the institutional level helps him to apply unique and complicated strategies to managing assets for his individual and business owner clients.

Mark serves on the national board of directors for Warrior Rescue, a 501(c)(3) charity focused on empowering Veterans in the areas of housing, healthcare and workforce development. He enjoys weightlifting, hunting and playing golf. Mark has four children and he and his wife Sara live in Tampa, FL.

Mark is a Registered Representative with Kestra Investment Services, LLC and an Investment Advisor Representative with Kestra Advisory Services, LLC and holds a Life & Health Insurance license in the states of VA, MD, D.C., CA, TN, LA, FL, NC, SC, MA, PA, GA, IL, MN and TX.

Mark has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). The AIF Designation certifies that the recipient has specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards of care and their application to the investment management process. To receive the AIF Designation, the individual must meet prerequisite criteria based on a combination of education, relevant industry experience, and/or ongoing professional development, complete a training program, successfully pass a comprehensive, closed-book final examination under the supervision of a proctor and agree to abide by the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards. In order to maintain the AIF Designation, the individual must annually attest to the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards and accrue and report a minimum of six hours of continuing education. The Designation is administered by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, the standards-setting body of fi360.
Mark is also a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®) and Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor (SM) (APMA (SM)).
